For those about to read, we salute you.

It's always been our key practice when asked where to get a copy of our titles to respond, "They're available at your local independent bookstore." As small press publisher, we see it as our duty to help support local and community bookstores however possible.

In the wake of recent events, as many bookstores are forced to temporarily close their doors in an effort to help quell the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we still seek to stay true to this mission. Many independent bookstores are offering delivery or online shipping services for purchases, and we still encourage this as a viable option to obtain copies of our titles whenever possible. This is, however, at the discretion of each bookstore, and likely dependent upon their current state/local government's mandates. To those bookstores, we are doing everything we can to help ensure titles remain available either through our distribution partners or directly from us.

It would be inconsiderate of us, as a company who is able to pivot their team members to an entirely remote workforce, to ignore the extra strain this puts on shipping and fulfillment services across the country. These individuals do not have the luxury of working from home, or in some cases calling out sick. And as more and more cities begin to go into lockdown procedures, this demand will likely increase before it is alleviated, especially when considering the need for medical supplies and other essential items.

We are cognizant that eliminating any unnecessary burden from the system, no matter how small, can go a long way in helping ensure timely delivery of critical goods.  As such, we are looking into every alternative we have to help our Furious Readers make it through this difficult time without adding any unnecessary strain to an already struggling infrastructure.

To this, Read Furiously has begun the task of converting all our titles into eBooks available across multiple platforms, thus allowing readers the ability to directly download them on their device of choice. We know that, for many, reading will be an important solace to help overcome the isolation that comes from increased social distancing, and for those of you who find themselves unable to leave their homes for whatever reason, we hope our titles can offer you a brief respite when needed.

We will be adding new titles as quickly as our team is able to convert them, but for now, here is a running list of the eBooks available.
